For those features, use Calendly webhooks (v2 API) with Make or Zapier. API rate limits: Calendly API v2 allows 100 requests per minute. HubSpot allows 100 requests per 10 seconds. Calendly webhooks fire for invitee.created, invitee.cancelled, and routing_form_submission.completed events. Key gotcha: Calendly stores the invitee name as a single string, so splitting into first/last name can fail for names with multiple spaces or single-word names. Calendly event times are always in UTC in the API response, even though the user sees them in their local timezone. The Calendly API v2 uses UUIDs for event and invitee IDs, not sequential numbers.
