Why cash flow, not profit, decides whether you survive
Plenty of profitable Australian businesses fail because they run out of cash, not customers. Profit is an accounting figure. Forecasting cash flow on the tools: progress claims, retentions and subbies
Trades cash flow lives and dies on timing.
