How does the monthly budget work?
You pay a fixed amount each month. That's your budget with Clever Ops. Small tasks (under $1,000) just get done as soon as you request them, no quoting needed. Larger tasks get a quick dollar estimate so you know how much of your budget they'll use before we start.
What if I need something bigger than my monthly budget?
Two options: the work can span multiple months of your budget, or you can top up to accelerate it. Growth plan clients get 10% off top-ups, Partner clients get 15% off. Either way, you'll get a clear estimate before any work starts.
How do I know what things cost?
Check out the task price guide above for rough ranges. For anything over $1,000, you'll get a specific estimate before we start. And your monthly summary shows exactly what every dollar was spent on. No surprises.
What happens in quiet months?
Unused budget automatically rolls over for 30 days. So if you only use $2,000 of your $3,500 budget in March, you'll have $5,000 available in April (the $1,500 rollover expires at the end of April).
Can I see what my budget was spent on?
Every month you receive a detailed summary: each task completed, its estimated cost, and your remaining balance. Full transparency is non-negotiable for us.
What's the commitment?
Essentials is a 6-month commitment. Growth and Partner are 12-month commitments. After the initial term, your plan auto-renews unless you give 60 days' notice. You can upgrade your plan at any time, effective next billing cycle.
What about hosting and infrastructure?
Infrastructure, hosting, and ongoing platform costs are billed separately from your retainer budget. Your retainer covers development, automation, AI builds, strategy, and consulting only.
