How do rollover hours work?
Unused hours automatically roll over and expire exactly 30 days after the last day of the month in which they were earned. This gives you flexibility while encouraging consistent progress.
What happens after the 12-month term?
Your agreement automatically renews for another 12 months unless you provide 60 days' written notice before the end of your current term. This ensures continuity of service for your ongoing projects.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes! You can change your package at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Many clients start with a smaller package and upgrade as they see results.
What happens if I need more hours?
You can purchase additional ad-hoc hours at $250/hour, or upgrade to a larger package. We'll work with you to find the best solution for your needs.
How do strategy sessions work?
